Roidz is a supplement manufactured by Underground Labs in Australia. Despite its name, it is in fact formulated with the intention of being a testosterone booster.
The tagline on under ‘Roidz’ reads ‘Test Beyond Belief’.
That doesn’t stop some of the sales of Roidz being down to its name. Steroids have a powerful reputation and some companies are manufacturing legal steroids formulated with natural ingredients that can behave like steroids but not have the same negative side effects.
Some of those legal steroids will of course be testosterone boosters, the only question about Roidz is whether it is of decent enough potency to qualify as one.
We took a closer look to answer the questions you might have about this product.
Roidz – What does it Do?
Roidz is advertised as a testosterone booster with natural ingredients.
It claims to be able to:
- Max your Testosterone
- Improve Power and Strength
- Give you “through the roof libido”
Testosterone boosters tend to work but stimulating an increased production of the body’s natural testosterone levels.
Free Testosterone, as it is called, is the most desirable as it is the type which circulates without being bound to anything else.
Essentially, it is free to be used by the body for any one of several functions testosterone is good for: muscle growth, sexual health, cognitive function, fat burning etc.
To boost testosterone for real, there needs to be some good natural ingredients in the formula. [https://www.laweekly.com/testoprime-review-testosterone-boosting-pill-for-low-t-levels/]
Most ‘testosterone boosters’ are weak imitations of what they should be. Usually they only boost libido and sex drive which gives the user the impression that something is happening on the level of testosterone.
Ingredients are the key, so we’ll get into those next.
What are the Ingredients in Roidz?
The following are the ingredient that are in the Roidz formula:
- Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris (55:1) – 12780mg – (232mg)
- Tongkat Ali (200:1) – 5000mg – (25mg)
- Fenugreek extract (10:1) – 250mg – (25mg)
- D-Aspartic Acid – 50mg
- Black Pepper extract – 5mg
Tribulus Terrestris is in many testosterone boosters and usually advertised as a testosterone booster, but it actually lacks this ability. It is a good libido booster though, and enhanced libido is one of the benefits Underground Labs promise of Roidz.
Tongkat Ali also known as Eurycoma Longifolia, or Longjack, is another libido booster.
Fenugreek has been shown to increase testosterone, however it does this by inhibiting the conversion of Testosterone into DHT. For the purposes of slowing down male pattern baldness (which is caused by DHT) this might be useful.
For bodybuilding, not so much. DHT is actually a more powerful anabolic hormone than testosterone, so if this is the only real testosterone booster, this isn’t a bodybuilding supplement.
D-Aspartic Acid is a legitimate T booster. The only problem here is that it is in a tiny dosage. The scientific research points to about 1500mg being the start of a good testosterone kick. Roidz contains 50mg.
Black Pepper extract is included in supplements to increase absorption of the active ingredients.
Roidz Customer Comments
Comments we found were either on the Underground Labs site or the Mr Supplement site were for the most part positive.
One man of 70 has nothing but good things to say about it:
Another guy talks about getting results without having to use gear. ‘Gear’ being another name for steroids.
It’s difficult to take comments at face value that are on the company’s sites that have a vested interest. Nonetheless there is no reason not to have good feedback.
As we’ve already highlighted, libido enhancers can make you feel more like an alpha, which can be a sort of false positive for feeling more sexually aggressive and even stronger.
Does Roidz have Side Effects?
Roidz contains fenugreek which can give your pee a maple syrup smell. It’s nothing to be alarmed about or concerned about in terms of health.
However, some people shouldn’t use Roidz, including pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 18 and elderly people.
People with medical conditions and those using prescription medication should check with their doctor before using any supplement, including Roidz.
Otherwise it should be safe to use for the average person. Follow the guidelines on the packaging.
Is Roidz Recommended?
Roidz contains some viable libido enhancers, but a powerful testosterone booster it is not. It can’t do much for someone’s muscle and strength. The one ingredient that could do something is D-Aspartic Acid and it is way under-dosed.
There are legal steroids which do work for the user’s strength and muscle, even some for fat burning.
While these products are out there, there are also a bunch which are scams or just completely useless.
We have tested and reviewed the legal steroids from the companies that make the highest quality products.
Recommended Legal Testosterone Booster
Testo Max is a legal steroid from Crazybulk, and is probably the product that is central to the stacks they manufacture, much like Sustanon 250 or any of the other Testosterone esters are in a synthetic anabolic steroid cycle.
Testo Max is available in all countries and exclusively from the CrazyBulk website.
It can be stacked with mass gainers and cutting supplements
